Dear Linda, just a note of thanks for all you did to make our
daughter’s wedding day so special. From the first time I spoke to you
on the phone, I knew everything would be ok. It was a hard decision to
make since we lived so far away and could not do it ourselves or know
anyone there for catering.

Hi Linda,

Just wanted to send you a note and tell you how much I appreciated the catering on Saturday. The food was delicious, and Charlotte was AMAZING!!!! She is perfect in her role. She very gently reminded me that she was there to serve me as well as the other guests as I was trying to help her out. Hey…I was helping everyone else, so I figured I’d help her too!!!! She told me it was a common thing that mothers-of-the-bride do! Anyway, she did a wonderful job representing you and your business. Even my guests commented on how wonderful she was. Several of the guests had attended weddings over the summer and said those weddings didn’t have caterers that were was attentive as Charlotte.

The food was fabulous! The service was fabulous!  I will be glad to recommend you to other clients.

All the peppers/sausage was eaten and the shrimp/grits that was left over didn’t last long. Some of the golfers wanted to take some home with them as their comments were, “that is the best shrimp/grits I ever had.”

I wanted to send you an email to say thank you again for catering our wedding on Sunday, May 21st.  The food was amazing and the service you provided was even better!  You truly went above and beyond what I expected and you made everything so much nicer.  You took the pressure off of myself and/or my family to ensure that things ran smoothly even though it was so small and non-traditional!  From getting the food set up to tearing it down and putting the left overs away for us.  Truly a perfect service with a smile you provided!
